Where We Ship
Sacred Road Supply ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also accept shipments to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses when supported by the carrier.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): $8.00 flat rate — estimated 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Free Standard Shipping: Orders $70 and over qualify for free standard shipping automatically
Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated 1–2 business days after fulfillment
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Use the link in that email to track your package in real time.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Transit times to military addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations on your property
- 2. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages early
- 3. Contact us at support@sacredpathway.org and we will open a carrier investigation
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for high-value orders.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you regarding reshipping options (reshipping fees may apply).
