30-Day Return Window
We stand behind every product we carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- - In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- - Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- - Opened hygiene-sensitive products (compression socks, seat cushions used without protective covering)
- - Hazardous materials (fire extinguishers that have been discharged)
- - Digital downloads or compliance documents once accessed
How to Start a Return
- Email support@sacredpathway.org with your order number and reason for return
- 2. We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and return instructions
- 3. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier
- 4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping 100%
- - Change of mind or sizing: Customer covers return shipping
- - We recommend insuring high-value return shipments
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit after we process it.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective items. For size or preference exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Fleet & Bulk Orders
Fleet orders of 10+ units are subject to a separate return arrangement. Contact us before ordering for fleet return terms.
