Shipping
- Standard U.S. shipping is $8, and orders of $70+ ship free.
- Express U.S. shipping is $15 with an estimated 1-2 business day delivery window.
- Most orders leave our U.S. fulfillment location within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days after fulfillment.
- Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
- PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses are accepted when supported by the carrier.
We currently only sell and ship to U.S. customers at checkout.
Returns
- 30-day return window from delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@sacredpathway.org with a photo and your order number within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@sacredpathway.org with your order number and reason.
- We'll issue an RMA and the return address within 1 business day.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
