Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–3 days) are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8 fee.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we ship to all contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly from that link.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact us at support@sacredpathway.org to start a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Orders & Products
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@sacredpathway.org if you need to make changes.
Do your products work for both owner-operators and fleet managers?
Yes. Our products are selected for both individual drivers and fleet operations. Bulk pricing is available — contact us for fleet inquiries.
Are your CDL compliance products up to date with current regulations?
Yes. All compliance products (logbooks, HOS reference cards, etc.) are updated to current FMCSA standards.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout. We never store payment card data.
